Mattman, Weins, Schwartz »  Schwartz, Louis
At this time this is the information I have acquired about the Louis Schwartz family. In the Stearns County Minnesota area there is two more Schwartz families. Both with a father of the name of John Schwartz. It is believed that these 3 families are not related or that they came from the same area in Germany. It does happen that some of the children from the different Schwartz families did marry each other though. If you have any information on these families please contact me through my contact page.

Louis Schwartz first married Louisa Klostermeyer in Germany they had 4 children. After the death of Louisa,  Louis married Louisa’s sister Sophia Marie Klostermeyer. Louis and Sophia had 4 children then immigrated to the United States where they had 5 more children.
