As I have researched the Vculek / Vchulek family I have come across many spellings and pronunciations. In the past many people believed because of these differences that the Vculek / Vchulek in the United States are from different families and not related. After my research in the Czech Republic I believe that we all are descendents of one family that immigrated to the USA from Moravia one of the former Czech lands.

Can you help me put the people below in the proper place in the family???
I am not sure at this time where Frank (Franz) and his family fit into the family. He could be the son of Jacob and Viktoria (Elias) Vculek or he could be an extended family member that came over from Moravia after the others were here. When I find out the answer I will post it here, if anyone knows the answer please contact me.

wife, Marie Prochsoka born May 1861 died 1934
both are buried in St James Cemetery, Weston NE

Julia (married Mr. Kucera) , Frances (married Fred Brukner) and Joseph
